I don't have a problem with that. If the same issue is already solved 
elsewhere I have not problem with throwing away my initial proposal.

I did some research in this area. I found some documents like 
draft-ietf-lemonade-notification-protocol-00.txt and 
http://www1.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-lemonade-msgevent-00.txt but 
I sofar fail to find the appropriate document which has equivalent 
functionality to IDLEPLUS.

Can you please provide me a hint?
