A few nits on the draft, mostly outdated references.
I did all the nits and a few others. Augmented Bakus-Naur Form struck my eye. Thanks. There's one real issue to consider (security: MITM adding/removing SASL-IR from CAPABILITY), then I'll upload -06 and sit on my hands for a while.
The plan further is to do IETF LC on this and Rob/Alexey's 2554bis roughly at the same time, then have the IESG evaluate them together.
