No insult intended.  You are showing a misunderstanding, and that 
misunderstanding needs to be clarified/resolved.

The nomenclature, and the way in which it is expressed, is a bit 
unfortunate.  Nonetheless, the client is doing something to cause those 
responses.

Personally, I would have preferred that this behavior ONLY occur in 
unsolicited FLAGS responses.
