This is also true for referrals.  We (Netscape) replicate the referral by using the
ManageDSAIT control.  I should think that these 'dynamic attributes' would be
replicated in much the same way.

Generally , I think we should keep all of the various LDAP twiddles in mind, but
not get too bogged down in them.
