Re: LCUP: updating cookie when no entries are to be sent
Right, I think the draft acknowledges that (This feature allows updating
the client's cookie when there are no changes that effect the client's
data store). The wording following that statement needs some rework. I
believe it intends to say that even though an entry is being returned,
it doesn't mean that entry was changed. Furthermore, it suggests that
the root of the search be used as the entry (I think).

No. The stateUpdate flag is a control which must be attached
to an entry. There may be no entries to send.
