Also for comparison of how things were 8 years ago, I just ran the script
again ARIN arhives for rwhois mail list for years 95 & 96:
 Number of Messages: 497
 Number of Messages with Mime-Version: 314

So we moved from 3/5 to 9/10 of emails being mime. And I actually think 
its more then 9/10 for non-technical forum where 99% of users use one
of of main email clients (outlook, aol, mozilla/netscape, eudora) and all
of them add mime-version in there.
