There seems to be some confusion between discussions of support for non-DNS key
server mechanisms, versus support for references to accreditation mechanisms.
I'm going to post two separate notes, in an effort to get folks to treat these
issues separately.

Anyone who thinks that the topics are somehow tied together should respond to
THIS note, explain why and how and how to proceed.
