This memo defines an extension to the Sieve mail filtering language
(RFC 5228) for accessing mailbox and server annotations, checking for
mailbox existence, and controlling mailbox creation on "fileinto"
action.  [STANDARDS TRACK]

This is now a Proposed Standard Protocol.
