Sorry to drop in, but I had some problems with most HTTP based client software.
It manifests in the ommission of the "Host:" request parameter line, which is needed by multi-homed servers (like say Apache) to properly detect to which of its served hosts the request was directed.
Is the HTTP based lookup of keys adhering to this?
