My draft points out, that the armor header may be missing. In this case the empty line closing the armor header MUST NOT appear. My very first draft said, that this line MAY occur anyway. It was changed to strong requests from list members. Unfortunly, this is not true for PGP 2.xx. The empty line MUST appear.
