The spec is unconventional



There is one mention (in the first paragraph of 5.3) of  a Conventional
Encrypted Session Key packet.

But otherwise, the old 2.6.2 "pgp -c" type encryption is left unaddressed.

I haven't implemented anything since 5.0 doesn't either.  The routines are
there, but I don't have a shell that implements something that would
create a conventionally encrypted message.
