This is a pre-91 release (I still need to clean a few things), but if
anyone wants to take a look...

It now can support V4 signatures (unverified) and conventional encryption 
(only single ESK packets for now, but the code works and can be extended).

I think I have something for all parts of the spec (I am not doing key WOT
stuff - the V4 sig create has a quick V3 info mode or will take a
preformatted buffer).  And a few additions (e.g. El Gamal).

opgp91 should appear early next week after I clean things up.
