Part of PGP 5.0 wants the format to be MPI-checksum-MPI-checksum... and
another part MPI-MPI-...-checksum, so I can't use pgpv to decrypt using
V4 RSA keys.

I did some major rework to my keypacket input and output routines, but
www.cryptography.org is backlogged.  If anyone need this quickly, please
email me (with a note about your export status).

Also, a new rev of SSLeay should be out in a week or so with CAST and
RIPEMD160 included.
