It sounds like -05 is the rev we take to the IESG.

Please keep this subject in the Subject header so I can hear if there's a
hum of consensus.  (In the 17th & 18th century, conferees banged their
walking sticks on the wooden floor -- think of this as the late 20th
century equivalent...)

If you've been holding out on something that's bugging you, now would be a
real good time to mention it.

If there are no substantial issues raised by July 8th, 1998, I will close
WG Last Call, and we'll submit this puppy to the IESG for consideration as
a Proposed RFC.
