The new draft still does not have any details on notation data
naming, making these data essentially useless.

I propose to add the following text in the end of section 5.2.3.16
of the draft:

   There are two name spaces for notation data names.

   Notation data names in the IETF name space consist of an
   arbitrary string of UTF-8 encoded characters, with the exception
   that the character "@" ("at") MUST NOT occur in such a name.

   Note: New notation data names in the IETF name space may be
   registered by sending e-mail to
   <new-pgp-notation-tag-reg@xxxxxxxx>.  The listing of current
   values may be obtained by sending e-mail to
   <pgp-notation-tags@xxxxxxxx>.

   Notation data names in the user name space consist of a tag,
   followed by the "@" character, followed by a DNS domain name. The
   tag may be an arbitrary string of UTF-8 encoded characters, with
   the exception that the character "@" MUST NOT occur in such a
   name.  The use of a DNS domain name in notation data names MUST
   have been agreed upon by the person or entity which controls said
   DNS domain name.

   Example: When The Hypothetical Example Corporation, which owns
   the domain example.com, wishes to introduce sample notation data,
   an appropriate notation data name could be "sample@xxxxxxxxxxx".

concerning DNS domain names.)
