Nor do I want to "kill mime." I don't want to kill MIME. That mischaracterizes what I said.

All I want is not to be forced to do MIME. Unfortunately, it appears that there are a lot of people who denigrate text, and think that if you say, "Hey, I like text!" then that means you want to kill MIME.
