No OPES Meeting at IETF 66

Folks,

given the lack of any communication/interest/progress other than from 
Martin and Clemens, we won't have an OPES meeting at IETF66.

Unless we see a sudden increase in interest, we intend to wrap up the 
OPES WG *after* finalizing and submitting 
draft-ietf-opes-smtp-security-00.txt to IESG. This will provide a 
foundation for possible protocol submissions by individuals. We expect 
this document will be finalize via email.

Any questions, concerns, suggestions let me know.
