The following links are the binary examples from the PKIX part 1 draft.

The official PKIX OID arc is maintained by Russ Housley and is reproduced here. Another handy list of interesting OIDs is maintained by Peter Gutmann as the cofiguration file for his dumpasn1 program. The C source code for the dumpasn1 program is also available and has been found to be very useful when debugging.

Some people have found the ViewBER program useful for reading PKIX certificate. That program, written by Blake Ramsdell, is available here in two versions: Windows 95/98 and Windows NT.
