Long ago I explained probably even in this list
a difference between French and German behaviour.
When a French says, 'no, this is not acceptable'
this only means, "there is work to do, let's work".
For a German it means "The project is terminated
and DEAD, we won't continue.".
When a German says: 'yes, this is already a begin'
this only means, "there is work to do, let's work",
For the French it means "The project is terminated
and ALIVE, all work has been done".
I add: When an English tells something, it is ambiguous,
by definition of the language. ;-)
