I was intrigued by your reference to Denis' point 16, so I went to the archive 
for the message and searched for "16."  Upon reading the last screen, numbers 
14 and 16 merit a response.

I am sure that Steve will be glad to judge consensus.  And yes, when the 
document is forwarded, it has to go to Sam Hartman.

We will certainly honor anyone's requests to remove their (own) name from the
