Some editorial comments to the draft.

Section 4.2.1.13
   include revocation information for all reasons.  This profile

I think the "(xx as hex)" comments should be removed.
It is confusing, especially in C.4 where the serial number in hex
happens to be the same as the CRL number in decimal.
