First, I am the editor of the minutes, not Tim.

I'm afraid that your comments are not germane to the meeting minutes, 
the primary goal of which is to accurately represent what was said by 
the presenters and WG attendees in the course of the meeting. 
Objective, factual errors related to what was said are valid a basis 
for comments on meeting minutes. However, a detailed debate about a 
contentious issue like this is not appropriate for meeting minute 
comments & corrections.
