Section 3.1 (DSA Signature Algorithm) lists both id-dsa-with-sha224 and
id-dsa-with-sha256 as:

csor(3) algorithms(4) id-dsa-with-sha2(3) 1
They're correctly identified (I think) in the ASN.1 module as 3.1 and 3.2,
respectively.
