Well, this is untested yet, I guess... . Private key cloning is explicitely
prohibited in the text of the law, but whether copying with secret sharing
is the same is not sure to me. 

As this is a law and legal stuff, you probably cannot check this issue
yourself, but you have to test against the authorities:-)
