RE: WG Last Call, PKI Repository Locator

Before going to RFC, I would like to see a short statement
comparing and contrasting this draft with

  draft-ietf-ldapext-locate-04.txt

There appears to be significant overlap in functionality, and the LDAP
draft has a higher revision number :-).
