Unaccustomed as I am to agreeing with everyone else, I'll drop in my $0.02 and
concur.  In any case since it's been demonstrated that a sufficiently motivated
person can put a cat MPEG in a cert, I don't see that a simple logo will be any
problem for someone who really wants it.
