OK, I'll make that change.
With the writing of dates in the reverse way between my country and yours, I got confused. I was thinking that April 2002 would be reasonable, not for the RFC being published (by experience we know that it takes months between an IETF last call being passed and an RFC publication), but for a WG last call.
So if we assume WG Last call in April 2002 and IETF last call in June 2002, then we add 6 months for publication and this makes December 2002 (12/02, I presume) for a possible publication.
