new test TSA available

Hi everyone,
There's a new TSA available at:
  ricerca.fst.it (213.255.37.86)
  Port 318 
compliant with RFC 3161.
The TSA is based on the socket based protocol 
and it is an experimental service which runs 
single-threaded.

We have also developed a time-stamp client (MFC),
a freeware software which allows you:
  -  create a time-stamp request from a selected file;
  -  request the time-stamp to any TSA offering socket
     based interface;
  -  view/save on disk the time-stamp received from the TSA;
  -  verify the time-stamp;
