RFC 3280 has been translated to Japanese

Seiji Kobayashi from Japan Certification Services, Inc. has published the 
Japanese document translated  from RFC 3280 at 
http://www2.jcsinc.co.jp/tutorial/doc/rfc3280-j.pdf.

Many thanks to Seiji.  PKI is getting much attention in Japan.  This 
translation should make the Internet certificate and CRL profile readily 
available to the Japanese audience.
