Seconded. Despite some helpful replies to an earlier thread where I 
questioning why ACs seemed to have been sidelined, I am still not convinced 
that they are 'not worth having'. I'm encouraged that others still think 
that they are.

I may be missing something but I'm not clear what XML has to do with 
whether ACs are useful or not?!
