Don't get me wrong, I have no objection to having it as an RFC, but it should
say "We're doing this because it's fun/we have a quota to fill/the mind
control satellites made us/whatever" rather than trying to manufacture a
reason for its existence.  What's wrong with just doing something for the sake
of it?
