No, there are no slides available. (see below XX)

You have made a statement about what you might or might not have
presented in the meeting, and you are discriminating people that
were present in the meeting from those who only read the mailing list.

I request you to present your excuses for ignoring mailing list participants
not having the microsoft travel budget possibilities. 

It is not up to other mailing list participants to guess, and you
were certainly able to detect whether the slides were made available
since, and furthermore, if you would really believe that this is
important, you could have announced the date by yourself (unless
you don't want to interfere with the chairmen's work, which you did
by announcing the end of the deadline.

XX: Besides that, I agree with you that not distributing the slides and
refering to them in minutes is not exactly professional work.
