We need the same thing -- we'll have some software that can 'theoretically'
be a CA for DSS soon, but without examples (like the test CA for RSA certs
we developed on the Netscape/VeriSign model) we risk interoperability
issues.

Consensus Development has no desire in entering into the CA business -- we
have a customer demand for adding support for DSS certificates into the
next version of our SSL Plus product.
