PKIX Part 1 Plan

All PKIX Participants:

The editors of Part 1 have been very busy since the last IETF meeting.  We 
simply have not had the time to make all of the updates that are needed.  
We are pushing to get them done before the next meeting in San Jose.  To 
make this happen, Tim Polk from NIST has offered his assistance.  However, 
we will probably miss the deadline for I-D distribution via the normal 
process.  So, we plan to e-mail the Part 1 text to this list about one week 
prior to the San Jose meeting.
