(caveat, I am not a list administrator on this list) I have tried to get
this person deleted from the list by sending a request to the tandem
postmaster, who has reported to me that the list administrator for this
list is no longer with tandem.

I'm not sure how to resolve the problem -- I'll try forging an unsubscribe
message however if Tandem is using any reasonably decent list server
software it will probably reject my request.
