I've looked at doing that as part of my X.509 style guide,
http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/pgut001/x509guide.txt, however all I've got is all 
of the more conventional certs (I've got one which mixes BER and DER, but 
that's about as far as it goes, so I never went any further than adding a list 
and saying "Can people send me any strange certs they find".  The response to 
date has been underwhelming).  If anyone has anything unusual, could you 
please send them to me and I'll include them in the guide.
