More ASN.1 anomalies

Thanks for your helpful remarks.  I have also noticed a discrepancy between the
ASN.1 in the back of the draft and that in section 4.2.1.5.

This section is talking about Policy qualifiers and specifies OIDs and 
qualifiers for two schemes: CPS and user notices.

It speifies the PolicyQualifierId using the following ASN.1:

   PolicyQualifierId ::= ENUMERATED { id-pkix-cps, id-pkix-unotice }

However in the back this is specified as:

PolicyQualifierId ::= ENUMERATED {
           qualId1 (1), qualId2 (2), qualId3 (3), qualId4 (4), qualId5 ( 5 ) }

Although the OIDs for CPS and user notice's are defined.

I assume that the former is correct in this case?
