George Barwood has done a rather nice ECC library which is available from
http://ds.dial.pipex.com/george.barwood/crypto.htm.  In addition there'll be 
ECC code added to my own cryptlib, 
http://www.cs.auckland.ac.nz/~pgut001/cryptlib.html, Real Soon Now (well OK,
probably not *that* soon).
