Year 2000 roll-over

I don't recall what we finally decided would be the roll-over year for
UTCTime after 1 Jan 2000.  Was it 1 Jan 2050?

Did we specify this in PKIX, or as an amendment to X.509, or elsewhere?  In
other words, is the roll-over date universally agreed to?

It won't be my problem, presumably, but I don't want to have to fix it again
any time soon.
