In Internet Public Key Infrastructure PartI: X.509 Certificate & CRL
profile <draft-ietf-pkix-part1-05.txt>, dated July 30,
1997 I seem not to be able to find the bibliographical reference for
sha-1WithRSAEncryption (pg 51)
Although we can make an educated guess, the doc should probably be
completed.
Similarly, the [OIW] reference does not seem to be included in the
refernces on pg 56.
