Mike,

I have to go back to California for some customer issues. In the second
pkix meeting (I could not stay the whole meeting since my flight left at
6:00 45 pm), my impression is that basicly CMP agreed to update their doc
to reference CRS and we are going to have a common certificate request
message. If this is true, we have a success.

I am going to read the draft (sorry for not doing this quick enough since
I had to work on commit and bugfix the customer needed) and send you my
comment. 

Please update me the progress of the draft status.
