Filling in the archives

If you've looked on <http://www.imc.org/ietf-pkix/>, you'll see that we
have the old archives kept by Tandem, which end on 9/15/97, and new ones
that were being kept by IMC starting 3/1/98. If you have an archive for all
of the dates between those, and you're quite sure that it is complete,
please send me a message (not on the list). I'd like to fill in the missing
messages and make the archive complete. Thanks!
