Re: New location for the mailing list

On behalf of the PKIX Co-Chairs and membership, let me take this
opportunity to express our appreciation to Tandem for all their volunteer
efforts over the past 4 years in hosting the ietf-pkix list.  They have
supported us well since the inception of the PKIX WG.  In particular, let
me thank Jeanne Pawluk for her efforts as the most recent list
administrator.  Supporting a list this size, with very limited resources,
is undoubtedly a major challenge and all to often a thankless effort.

At the same time, let me thank IMC and Paul Hoffman for volunteering to now
take over the list administration.  We greatly appreciate this gesture, and
thank Paul, in particular, for managing such a smooth transition.
