OCSP Response Values and Structure

editing task,  the rough consensus appears to be as follows regarding OCSP
response structure:

revocationStatus     {revoked, notRevoked, . . . }
expirationStatus     {notYetValid, expired,  . . . }
issuedStatus         {issued, notIssued, . . . }
