Web based Certificate Access Protocol - WebCAP

I have submitted "Web based Certificate Access Protocol - WebCAP" as an
I-D. It is now available at 
ftp://ftp.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-pkix-webcap-00.txt. This
is a sketchy version and objective of this draft is to come up with
a single protocol that meets PKIX Certicate Management Protocol
requirements in highly scalable and distributed environment. 

All the work/discussions done on OCSP can be integrated
into this protocol and we can merge OCSP and WebCAP into a single
proposal.

My next version of this document will cover all aspects
of PKIX Certificate Management Protocol.
