UTF8String definition in PKIX-3

In PKIX-3, UTF8String is defined as

	UTF8String ::= [UNIVERSAL 12] IMPLICIT OCTET STRING.

I was wondering I someone could point me to the version of X.680 where 
UTF8String is defined.
