Who uses what?

Hello!

Excuse me please for being yet-another-newbie and asking a newbie 
question. But this is the only way to get smart.

I have been reading ietf-pkix drafts for some time and found a lot of
proposed X.509 extensions. On the other hand there are many companies
(Netscape etc) producing cert-software that uses (as I understand) some of
these extensions and some extensions of their own. So - is there somewhere
out there an overview of who uses what? I believe there is, but my
webcrawling has not been able to find it yet. I would be grateful for all
hints/links etc.
