Although we have not reached specific wording which is 100% agreed by
everyone, we have reached agreement on what the contents of the
cACertificate and crossCertificatePair attributes are to be used for. In
order to bring this to closure, Santosh and I plan to go with the advice of
our co-chairs and proceed with the word 'realm', along with the
clarification that its meaning is defined locally and hope everyone will be
willing to live with that.

Also, this will be liaised to the X.509 group as the PKIX recommendation to
resolve the associated defect report in that standard.

Thanks to everyone for their input and I assume I'm not the only one looking
forward to a reduced amount of email each morning :-)
