On behalf of the National Association of Review Appraisers
& Mortgage Underwriters, I would like to invite you to membership and the
"CRA-Certified Review Appraiser" Designation. Our Association is
composed of more than 3,000 Designated Members. One of the main purposes
of NARA/MU is to improve competency in the field of Appraisal Review and to
offer a Professional Designation.
The CRA designated membership is available to individuals who
are active in performing appraisal reviews. No appraisal license is
required for this designation, as the Reviewer is not valuing, only reviewing
the appraisal. It is important that even the occasional reviewer has an
in-depth understanding of how to properly review appraisal reports.
NARA/MU is the only association that deals exclusively with reviewing appraisal
reports.
Membership includes a subscription to the NARA/MU Appraisal
Review & Mortgage Underwriting Journal, The Reviewing Times a quarterly
newsletter; "How To" Guideline Booklets; the Association's Directory
of Members, and much more.
