The problem is with "decision making" at a meeting. Generally speaking, I would say that is not allowed. Seriously, if I think back, all of this was based on some hums taken after the meeting was over and we were into the break time in Prague. I am surprised that none of the ADs are bothered by that kind of thing (i.e., declaring "consensus" on a solution after taking hums at a meeting). Perhaps I am all wrong about this, but all the people I have talked to in private so far, said otherwise.
I don't expect or want the "decision" changed, but the process exists for good reasons.

Why was it a meeting late in the first place and why the hurry to make decisions at a meeting and without verifying the consensus on the list? An outsider never knows when things are going to be in a slumber or when things will progress at a break neck speed.
